The GOGs Story

We started GOG in the beginning of 2008.......... four business women chatting over a glass of wine one afternoon at Bellefleur Winery & Restaurant in Carlsbad, CA. We had all been through various leads and networking groups. We wanted to have a way to connect that didn't require expensive membership dues, didn't kick you out if you couldn't make it to every meeting, and didn't limit membership which excludes many valuable contacts.

That's when we decided "if it's good enough for the Good Ol' Boys, it's good enough for us!". Guys build relationships by getting together to take a couple swings at a golf ball, tossing back a few beers and doing business. The truth is that people do business with people they like, especially repeat business. We simply believed in the Power of Women Helping Women to be Successful! So we are "inclusive"....we may have more than one business from each category. We've found this philosophy to be a great resource the majority of the time as women tend to share and nurture others, have a healthy self-esteem and believe in abundance.

In the beginning of 2009, Shonna Jordan of Jordan & Jordan Marketing teamed up with Gini Craig from Girlfriends Care, Inc. to become partners in GOG to roll out initiatives to take us to a new level. Together, Shonna and Gini bring the energy, marketing and fresh ideas to GOGs that has become known as "the GOGs Experience"!.

Time has proven that "Together We're Better!". Presently, we have five locations for Good Ol' Gals meetings: Carlsbad, Del Mar, San Marcos, Temecula and San Diego (Old Town). Join us and reap the rewards for yourself and your business by being a Good Ol' Gal!
